North & South Pavilion Rental Tour & Pricing (PDF) Lakeview Pavilion & Virg Rabb Pavilion at Old Settlers Park The Lakeview and Virg Rabb Pavilions are available for rental. Both pavilions are located in Old Settler’s Park in Round Rock. The Lakeview Pavilion area is the popular spot for city festivals and events, and is the ideal place for your own outdoor picnic, company party or family event.
