Toby Stringer, Co-founder of Kongs said: “Cardiff is a truly amazing city and we’re really excited about Kongs being part of it!” What will I be able to eat and drink? Kongs say they will be will be offering Welsh craft beers as well as drinks from across the South West. There will also be lagers and spirits on offer. Kongs will be running a pop-up kitchen. Currently in Bristol, the pop up is Burger Theory! who offer everything from snacks like hot wings and fish pakors to a whole list of burgers from beer to chorizo, fish or beetroot and quinoa.
