Set up time can start at 9:00AM. Events must end by 1:00AM. There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a guest minimum depending on the reception site and wedding date applied to all events. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is $10/person and includes an extra hour of event time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $10/person/hr. Estimates provided by Wedding Spot are based on a 100 guest count wedding. Please inquire with venue wedding coordinator for more details. The average wedding cost at The Manor is estimated at between $13,998 and $18,426 for a ceremony & reception for 100 guests.
