I was willing to pay for the best, and I did. In general, I'm happy with the purchase. The level of adjustability is awesome, and a must for someone like me who uses the chair for both long hours of work and also gaming. Here is one BIG problem. Be absolutely certain what you're buying while customizing! For instance, I purchased the thoracic support and I regret it. If your doctor or other professional didn't tell you to buy it, then DON'T get it. Also, I'd suggest minimal contour on the seat unless you KNOW for your you want it deeper.
