Although heated, there is no air conditioning. Ceiling fans and standing fans do help circulate air during summer months. The total square footage of the Sanctuary is 3024 and seats 140 persons comfortably. No chairs or pews can be removed.  The piano is available for use with no additional fee pending prior approval from the Music Director. The organ is available for use with an additional $100 fee and approval from the Music Director. Fee for non-wedding rentals is $150. Fee for wedding ceremonies is $275. FELLOWSHIP HALL Fellowship Hall is a large open space suitable for wedding or memorial receptions, private parties, and any other event requiring room to move.

The total square footage is 2400 and seats up to 155 persons using max tables and chairs. A sound system is available, and tables and chairs are included in the rental fee. Large, handicapable restrooms with changing tables are adjacent. The Kitchen (pictured below) is connected to the right wall and is available for use depending upon users’ agreement with the church.Fee for wedding receptions (includes Kitchen) is $375. Limited dry goods storage. Additional storage inside the building may be available for an additional fee. Fee for a four-hour rental is $50. Proof of insurance must be provided. CHILDREN'S CHAPEL The Children’s Chapel is a nice medium-sized space – bigger than our remaining classrooms, but more intimate than Fellowship Hall. Total square footage is 1656 and seats 72 persons max. Folding chairs and tables, as well as the children’s toys in the back, are included in the rental fee. Fee for a four-hour rental is $60. Each has a total square footage of 624 and seats 30 persons max. If you have a small group of people who need a quiet space to meet that is full of natural light, this is the space for you! NURSERY Our Nursury is designed for use by adult-supervised children under five years of age. With toys a'plenty, your child is sure to have a good time, and the included changing table ensures ultimate convenience for you.
