No, it's not in the same class, nor as luxurious with it's plastic and not-so soft mesh vs the Aeron. But, where else is there a mesh seat bottom plus headrest for anywhere near this price range? Just found out the headrest has two ways to adjust - Angle, and height. The former is really obvious, the latter is less so. Thought it was just the angle [3 to choose from] but it also raises/lowers in 3 small increments, independently of the angle. Of these possible combinations, Top height and middle angle, is the only way to be comfortable while sitting upright. Reclining back, a couple more combinations work. I'm 5'10", 195 lbs, and yes, it bumps into my shoulders in all but one of the configurations.
