Australia has really strong consumer laws, so I am sure if that started to happen I could claim warranty on the chair. In the end chairs are pretty subjective, but it's nice being able to give them a try in store to see what you think of them. I've been pretty happy with the Flintan, but I know there are people who swear by the Markus, which personally I didn't find comfortable.
