The unit is set back from the street and the adorable little deck area is surrounded by decorative trees that offer complete privacy.wooden rocking chair for toddlers You have access to all 200 glorious square feet of this Cape Cod escape. There is also 1 dedicated parking space and plenty of street parking. There is a kayak you are welcome to use on any of the ponds nearby. James Pond is across the street, Long Pond is 2 blocks away and Bass River is also just a few blocks the other way. Also, AS OF JUNE 2017 this cottage will include air conditioning, 2 BIKES and BEACH CHAIRS with built in coolers. The beach is less than a 15 minute bike ride away and Hyannis is about 30. My name is Monica. I own the cottage but do not live on Cape Cod. You will not see or interact with me, unless you have an issue. The cottage has a programmable lock and you will be provided with a key code that will be good for your entire length of stay.

My tenant Tonya (right in front of the cottage in unit #12) does the turn overs. Feel free to contact her too should you need something. She's sweet, kind and loves meeting all of the interesting visitors that come to the unit. If she's not available please CALL ME. I do not get emails real time. Also, feel free to use either trash bin in front of units 12 or 10 should you need it. This unit is located in the center of South Yarmouth on a large lot with 3 separate units and is just steps away from Rt. 28. A small shopping center is right across the street and includes the Hearth & Kettle restaurant (highly recommended), which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are dozens of other places nearby as well. There is a pond across the street for sunset walks and the beaches are 30 minutes walking, 5 driving or you can take the local bus that picks up nearby. I've been told by residents of the area that the 2 hotels right across Rt. 28 are not strict about their pool access, but you didn't hear it from me!

LOL No promises on that one. There is a bus stop close by, but almost everything is walking distance. There are also cabs and ubers, if desired. The unit includes a parking space and there is plenty of street parking. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE COTTAGE DOES NOT HAVE CABLE, BUT IT DOES HAVE A ROKU WITH NETFLIX FOR MOVIES AND SHOWS. You will not be able to access live TV like news or sports events. This unit is on a corner lot that includes 3 other duplexes rented year round.
