The chair material feels like legit leather and is of good quality. I was worried that it might feel and look cheap, but it's a complete opposite. It truly looks and feels good. The cushion is just right: Not too soft, not too firm. It is perfect to make me feel comfortable when sitting. I like that there is a bump at the lumbar area to help me with my posture. Furthermore, the chair has a lever to adjust the height and tilt. It's really functional and indeed ergonomic. I also like that there are small holes for breathability on your back, thigh and butt area. I have attached close ups of this product. The assembly: very easy and can be done by one person. An extra hand isn't necessary, but will be good and helpful. If you're alone though, assembling this chair is still doable. I read from others that their order did not include the instructions, so here I am attaching a copy of it. Overall, I am happy with this purchase. It feels and look of great quality. I also have attached a close up of the material and the stitching done.
