The cottage sleeps 10 comfortably. Oak Bluffs Town Beach/Inkwell is a just a hop, skip and jump from the house. This house has ocean views and is across from Seaview Ave. You can sit out on 3-season porch or the private front, 2nd floor balcony and enjoy an ocean view with your morning coffee. Waban Park is one street over, great for kite flying and playing ball. Ocean Park is about 4 small blocks away. Also the town's tennis and basketball courts (newly paved) are a short walk from the house. Catch great bike routes from Sea View Ave. Downtown Oak Bluffs is a short 5 minute walk where you can dine out or visit many retail stores.

Don't miss the country's oldest carousel in downtown Oak Bluffs. Although it's nice to unplug, the house has free Wifi with a code for those who want to stay connected, as well as TVs with cable.
