A fee equaling 10% of the balance payment will be added to your balance   payment. You pay  only a 50% deposit of the total amount of your order, excluding shipping & handling, when you place your order for the slipcover of your dreams. Pay the balance in 90 days or when it's scheduled to go into the final phase of production. Deposits must be paid by check. IMPORTANT DETAILS - 50% Non-refundable deposit must be paid by check within 5 business days of placing your order.

After you place your order and pay your deposit we will request photo and then detailed measurements of your furniture to create the custom pattern for your furniture.  After we complete you pattern it will go in to the final phase of production and completion can range from 4 -7 weeks.  See current delivery estimate. We take pride in our product and workmanship. Our ultimate goal is to deliver a product that you will be proud to have in your home. If the slipcover does not fit correctly due to a manufacturing defect, we will make modifications to correct the fit at no additional charge. If your custom made slipcover requires modification because the measurements submitted were incorrect, we will charge you only for the labor and materials required to make the corrections. Because they are custom made to your specifications, they cannot be returned for any reason except warranty repair, see above. Orders canceled after the first phase of production has begun will forfeit their deposit. The first phase of production starts when we receive photos of your furniture.  Orders canceled prior to submitting photos will be charged  a processing fee of 5% of deposit amount . Tip your armchair backward onto the fabric so that the bottom of the chair is two inches in from the edge of the fabric. Trace a line around the back of the chair, leaving a 1/2-inch seam allowance.
Mark which side is the top at the very edge of the fabric. Stand the chair back up off of the fabric, and cut out your first piece. Place the cushion back on the chair, and measure from the top of the seat cushion to the top of the backrest. Measure the backrest from side to side. Draw out the shape -- adding a 1/2-inch seam allowance on all sides -- on your fabric, using a measuring tape and straight edge. Cut out the shape. Measure the top of the backrest from front to back to get the thickness. Measure the width of the backrest. Measure the length of the sides from the top of the backrest to the top of the chair arm. Draw and cut out one piece of fabric for the top of the backrest and one for each arm, adding 1/2 inch to all dimensions for the seam allowances. Place the top piece of fabric on the top of the backrest, printed side down. Pin the back and front pieces to the top piece. Pin the side pieces to the top, back and front. Measure the arms of the chair. You need two to three pieces, depending on the shape of the arms.
For rounded arms, measure from the outside of the arm at the height of the cushion’s top to the inside of the arm where it meets the cushion and another for the front of the arm. For a square arm, you need one piece for the top of the arm, one for the inside and one for the front. Measure the arm from front to back. Add 1/2-inch seam allowances to each side of all pieces, and cut them out. Assemble the arm pieces by laying them out on the arms and then pinning them together, printed side to printed side. Place the cushion on your fabric, and trace around it, leaving a 1/2-inch seam allowance on the back and sides. Measure the thickness of the cushion, and add that number plus 1/2 inch to the outline when you draw the front of the cushion. Cut out your seat shape. Pin the seat piece to the inside and front arm pieces. Measure from the bottom of your fabric to the floor, adding 2 1/2 inches for the hem and seam allowance. Measure the front of the chair from side to side, and add 1 inch.
Draw and cut out your front panel. Remove the slipcover and the seat cushion. Fold your fabric over with the right sides together. Tip your chair onto its side on top of the folded fabric. Trace the shape of the side of the chair, leaving a 1/2-inch seam allowance on every side. Remove the chair, and cut out the two side pieces. Put the cushion back on the chair. Place the slipcover back on the chair. Pin the front piece to the bottom of the seat and the arms. Pin the side pieces to the back, arm and front pieces. Baste the slipcover together using the longest stitch on your sewing machine or with a needle and thread, removing the pins as you go. Make sure that your needle size and thread tension are correct for the type of fabric you are using. Turn the slipcover right side out, and slide it onto the chair. Adjust the fit if there are any places that are too tight or too baggy. Remove the slipcover from the chair, and sew it together. Double-check to make sure you don't forget any seams.
