Special circumstances, access difficulties or potential problems securing tents can all incur an additional charge. It is better to be prepared for inclement weather ahead of time!  Certain times of the year we book several weeks or even months in advance, availability may be limited, and additional charges may be incurred for last minute scheduling.

During this time we have a two week (non-refundable) cancellation policy, where all tents must be paid in full a minimum of two weeks in advance of the delivery date.  It is impossible for us to hold tents "just in case of rain" during these times.
