For example, a weekend rental would be picked up Friday and returned Monday during normal business hours. Rentals for more than 4 days are charged an additional 25% of the listed price per every extra day. Reservations may be made no earlier than the first business day of the week of the pickup date. Reservations can be made in person or by phone during normal business hours. Full payment is due at the time of reservations. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, and Discover. Picking Up Your Equipment: Equipment may be picked up anytime during regular business hours the day of your reservation. Equipment must be returned by 6 p.m. on the day it is due. All equipment must be returned dry and clean or a minimum $10.00 per item cleaning fee will be charged. Customer will be charged the repair/replacement cost of all broken, lost or stolen equipment. Late charge is 50% of the two-day rate for each day the equipment is late.
If cancellations are made more than 24 hours in advance, you will be refunded minus an administrative fee of $10 or you may be issued full Outdoor Adventures Customer Credit. If cancellations are made less than 24 hours in advance, you will be issued Outdoor Adventures Customer Credit. No refund will be given. Payment with credit card will be refunded to the same card. To accommodate your set-up, we have 200 indoor chairs, twenty 60-inch round tables, twenty 1.5'x 6' tables, ten 1.5'x 8' tables. Complete with a white board and active phone lines, the Allewelt Conference Room is perfect for your next meeting or breakout session. Capacity: 26 (12 conference table, 14 perimeter) Upon booking the Allewelt room, please notify the facility manager if you would like additional chairs. We can add 14 chairs around the perimeter of the room in addition to the 12 chairs around the main table. We can also add rectangular tables to the room for registration or catering. We have 8 'x 1.5' and 6' x 1.5' tables available on-site.
This spacious and impressive room is perfect for executive meetings or board meetings. The large, elegant table seats up to 28 guests in comfortable, leather conference chairs. Capacity: 49 (28 conference table, 21 perimeter) Please notify the facility manager if you would like additional rectangular tables for registration or catering. Our kitchen provides ample countertop and cupboard space as well as a refrigerator and an ice machine. This is a great spot for your caterers to set up either a plated or buffet meal. Please remember, we do not allow self-catering or potluck events. This unique, oval-shaped room is a terrific complementary space for the AGR Hall, the lobby, or the patio. The library if perfect for serving a double-sided buffet, displaying materials or storing supplies. Best of all, it’s free with your reservation of any other room in the building. Be sure to request it by name when setting up your reservation through Campus Events. The mature landscaping surrounding the Moss Patio lends privacy and a sense of the outdoors to this beautiful space.
The patio accommodates a large variety of events, including: receptions, dinners and wedding ceremonies. It is adjacent to the AGR Hall and the Tower Lobby, allowing guests to move freely between the three spaces. The Alumni Center has a total of 21 60' round tables available for use in the AGR Hall or on the patio. The rectangular tables may be used outside as well (we can accommodate up to twenty 1.5' x 6' tables and twenty 1.5' x 8' tables). The use of 200 outdoor chairs is also included in your rental of the patio space. If you would like to use additional furniture, such as a tent or canopy, please make separate arrangements with an outside vendor. The high ceilings, elegant architectural design, and open feel of the Tower Lobby make it an ideal choice for receptions or event registration. It can be reserved in conjunction with another space or by itself (must be approved by the facility manager for lobby only rentals), for small receptions or gatherings. Please keep in mind that the lobby can only be reserved after 5:00 p.m. on weekdays because tours are conducted regularly in this space during standard business hours.
