We were presented with a box containing several plastic acorns. We were bewildered, to say the least, until we found enclosed at the bottom of the box, a picture of our new Acorn 130. What a wonderful surprise! It has been, and will continue to be put to good use. We called our old Stairlift company and it took them 8 hours to call us back, and then they would let us know about a schedule to put us on. If they had to come right away it was $150 extra. I told them I would call them (NEVER). I called Acorn and they had a salesman here within 5 hours. What a nice guy. He took size of stairs, called in the next day the lift was installed.
