At first I was very excited after getting it. The seat was comfortable, the chair felt sturdy, the wheels rolled easily, the lift worked well. After a few months of use, those things are still true, however, I CONSTANTLY feel like I'm sliding out of the chair and am always struggling to reposition myself back into it. I'm not sure exactly what the problem is, or if its a combination of things: The tilt of the seat itself which is sadly not adjustable, the seat isn't deep enough for me, the material of the seat is very slick, or the wheels roll so easily it rolls out from under me if I sit to far forward on the edge of it or move around in it. I think the tilt of the seat being adjustable would have made all the difference for this chair, and I will look for one with that option. Made for the XL or XS person. The cost was SUPER REASONABLE for the quality you receive. Very solid chair and took less than 10 minutes to assemble. Purchased 6 and all employees love the new chairs. Pros: Sturdy, comfortable, great for all shapes and sizes, easy to assembly, lumbar support Cons: Back does not tilt independently of the rest of the chair Your review: The chair arrived in a timely manner. Assembly was easy and the instructions complete. However the adjustment for moving the arm rests in and out does not lock in place. This is a minor irritant. Your review: Heavy duty and clearly quality made. Very comfortable and easily adjustable. Pros: Just received the chair today, and so far it is a very comfortable chair. The seat cushion is nice and thick, and I love the mesh back since it keeps me cool and prevents sweating. This chair is also made like a tank. It has a well engineered, solid design, that I'm sure will never break (at least in my lifetime). Cons: Only two minor cons: 1. The allen wrench that comes with the kit had sharp edges to it, so my fingers are a little raw after assembling the chair, and 2. The chair feels like it leans forward just a tiny bit too much, but you can adjust the tension on the recline feature, which helps a lot.

Comfortable, stable, and easy to assemble Your review: I ordered this chair with some reluctance, having attempted and failed to assemble a different chair from another manufacturer (and not sold by Global Industrial) when the constituent parts failed to align properly, quite possibly due to my inability to decipher the assembly schematic from (apparent) High Venusian into a human-logical sequence of steps. Upon opening this new box, however, I was pleasantly surprised. Not only were the instructions clearly drawn and detailed, but the parts were securely packaged, easy to find, and, most importantly, ACTUALLY FIT! The chair itself is incredibly stable, sturdy, and comfortable. I use this chair both for work (my employer allows work from home days) and for marathon computer gaming sessions.
