Seemed the grease was gone from wheels. I just put these new wheels on and the chair now rolls like it should. Yes its expensive, but worth it for me. Pros: The new wheels "popped" in with a short hit with my palm. Once in, they really make the chair right again. Cons: Nothing other than price. Little tricky to get the old wheels off. Some hesitated and I had to pry out with screwdriver.
