Solid construction of the chair itself, the foot rest and arms seem a bit weak. It looks good and it's comfortable for the most part. I have two complaints, the chair doesn't lean back you have to set the back. And the seat portion has sides that stick up and will clamp your thighs. For a small petite person this wouldn't be an issue. Overall I would recommend the chair, but if you have really wide hips I would get something else.

My roommate bought a DX RACER chair for over $250 and this is basically the same thing but for less than half the price. It's very good quality and I am very satisfied so far. There was a screw that couldn't be put in because the manufacturers didn't thread one of the holes for the base. I made a hole with a drill and a large screw so I could get the support that the screw was supposed to offer The chair arrived in a box with little packing. Some reviews on Youtube showed where the chair was damaged because of penetrations in the box when shipped. I was worried when mine arrived with many holes in the box. I was lucky and everything was in-tack. The only problem was that the footrest didn't have a separation of foam between the rest cushion and the frame, so the material was jammed into the brackets. I gently separated and it was not damaged, just deformed. It will come back over time. The PU leather is cheap, and the stitching is basic, but again the chair was only $239.00 with free shipping (eBay) - (Amazon $249 - $299). The assembly was easy, and I feel that it is comparable to other office chairs I've put together in the past. The chair does NOT rock.

It only goes up and down and reclines. I am six foot and the overall height to include the adjustable arm rests are fine. The back cushion adjusts up and down on straps (cheap), and it does provide great lower back comfort. The head rest cushion/pillow is okay...Small, and looks good, but not too functional. The bracket assembly for the footrest seems sturdy, although with the cushion extended, I don't feel that it provides the support it should. If you use it be sure not to sit on it, let the dogs jump up on it, or put too much weight on it. It may not bend but the bracket might break the fabricated wood seat cushion base that it's attached to. I guess if it were to break off, or bend you could just remove it, but again I don't see myself using it too much, so I may have saved a little $ by purchasing one without the footrest. Overall I think the chair is decent for the money. It is comfortable, looks great in the man cave, and I think it will last if taken care of. I wouldn't recommend for a teen gaming chair unless they would care for it...
