This is fun for playing but if you dive right in for a night's sleep you'll find yourself in a "trench" of fluff. To remove the "fluff" and prepare your bed for sleeping, evenly distribute the foam and allow the bed to lie flat for as long as possible before use. This allows the air to seep out and the foam to lock together making for a more solid sleeping surface. Use a couple of thick quilts or blankets as a base to make it even more comfy. To speed up the process you may also use the "human rolling pin"technique. Simply stretch your body out on one end of the bed and roll to the other side a few times.
