Several friends have asked me about cheap Nashville wedding venues so I thought I’d share what I tell them here. Some of these aren’t em, per se, but are a good value when you factor in what’s included. Each of these venues can be rented for $1,500 or less – and I’ve compiled a longer list of options if you’d like a download. Location: 2910 Elm Hill Pike, Nashville, Tennessee 37214 Cost: An outdoor wedding in the backyard of the Log Cabin can accommodate up to 150 people. Cost: $300 during the week, $600 for weekends – limited tables and chairs are included in these fees, along with existing lighting. Location: 1490 Volunteer Pkwy, Brentwood, TN Cost: Rental fees are $250 (M-Th 9-5p), $350 (M-Th 5-11p) and $700 weekends (9a-11p) and include the exclusive use of the house and surrounding grounds and includes a limited number of tables and chairs for use. Location:  2415 Atrium Way, Nashville TN Cost:  This rental, close to Opryland, has been used in many music videos, and is a cute option for a DIY or package-based wedding.

Rental for a full day ($1,500) includes chairs and altar set up (6 hours) and is for ceremonies only. Additional services are available for an additional fee. Location: 3939 Old Hickory Blvd, Old Hickory, TN Cost: A number of rooms, pavilion and rose garden are available for events; they can be used individually or combined ($3,100 package for all rooms; $2,200 package for Pavilion & Celebration Rose Garden). Rentals include house PA system, changing rooms for the bridal parties, professional uniformed staff and on-site manager, table linens. Location: 960 Heritage Way, Brentwood, TN 37027 Cost: Located in northern Williamson County just off I-65, FiftyForward Martin Center is a nonprofit that serves local active adults age 50 and older depends on rental income its facility brings in, so they welcome wedding parties. Cost: $150/hour (Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.) or $250/hour after regular operating hours. Location: 5700 Main St., Spring Hill, TN

Cost: Rental fees do not include tables, chairs, linens, catering service, etc., but alcohol is permitted. Indoor rate for 1 – 30 people wedding or reception is $1000 (31 – 55 people $1500). An outdoor wedding/reception for 1 – 150 people is $1450 (151 – 300 people $1700; 301 – 500 people $1950.00). Location: 1220 Gallatin Avenue, Nashville, TN 37206 Cost: The rental fee for a weekend wedding in the Engine Bay and Bunk Room is just $700 for 12 hours of use. This fee covers the use of the venue; A $300 fee for an event planner’s services is also required. Capacity is limited to 50 seated guests, or 75 standing. Location: 746 Benton Avenue, Nashville, TN 37204 (one mile south of Downtown Nashville and Music Row) Cost: Rent this facility for $1,500 for the entire evening on Fridays and $2,500 for the entire evening on Saturdays. These prices include all tables, chairs, linens, glassware, flatware, flower vases, setup and cleanup for your event

Location: 3130 McGavock Pike, Nashville, TN 37214 Cost: Prices are: Saturdays $ 2,000 – Sundays $1,500 and Monday – Thursdays $800. These include a six-hour use of the mansion and grounds.
