The Baltimore Museum of Art is a unique venue with a variety of spaces that are ideal for events large and small – milestone celebrations, intimate dinner parties, wedding ceremonies and receptions, rehearsal dinners, bar/bat mitzvahs, corporate receptions, holiday parties, meetings, performances, film screenings, and much more. Corporate Council Members and Curator’s Council Members (at the $3,000 level and above) receive reduced rental rates on all space options.

Majestic Fox Court, located up the front steps and just inside the historic Merrick Entrance, is an exquisite neoclassical room featuring a soaring coffered ceiling supported by elegant Ionic columns. Antioch Court showcases the BMA's magnificent Antioch mosaics and sculptures, and surrounds the Museum's Atrium with elegant floor-to-ceiling windows. The Joseph and Rebecca Meyerhoff Auditorium is an elegant venue for concerts, screenings, business presentations, dance showcases, and theatrical performances. The auditorium is equipped with film and digital projectors, industry-quality sound and lighting systems, a stage suited for dance and theatrical performances, piano, portable Marley dance floors, and seating for 363 guests.

The unique space can accommodate everything from cozy receptions, to large cocktail parties, to elegant tented affairs. The outdoor venue is lush with flowers, and the gardens feature colorful perennials and annuals throughout the spring and summer seasons. Indoors, there are five distinctive greenhouse settings, including the original Palm House from 1888, the Orchid Room, Mediterranean House, Tropical House, and Desert House. All are complete with walkways and secluded benches, and provide a picturesque setting for photographs of your event. Two display pavilions, each with a seating capacity of 48 guests, are perfect for receptions. Our spacious lawns are available for tenting. You can choose which setting is best suited for your wedding ceremony.

We can comfortably accommodate guests at our facility year-round while enjoying the wonderful views of the gardens. Tables and chairs are available for rental.
