Dub Got Em Jumpin I've used this company on several occasions for my twins birthday party. The courteousness of the owner and cleanliness of their jumpers always has me returning time and time again. It's been three years since I first rented a jumper from them and I've continued to do so every year since. I will never use another company and I think it only fair to share my experience with this company in light of the previous review on here. First off, let me say that dealing with Dub Got Em Jumpin is always a pleasure. He's always worked with me in trying to get a jumpy that my children will enjoy. He's made suggestions, and the most recent one (a slide with a small jump area at the bottom) has become my kids favorite jumpy. As far as cleanliness goes, I've always been impressed on that front. I have friends who also use him repeatedly because of his friendliness and quality of service. I find his pricing to be fair and his service unmatchable. Trust me, you and your children will be satisfied.

Worried you might damage the rental boat by running aground or crashing into something? Hire an experienced and licensed local captain to join you on board to run the boat for you. He/she can show you the cool snorkel places and guide you exactly on where to go and how to be safe out on the water. All of these captains are US Coast Guard licensed. Captains are private contractors and you need to pay them directly, in cash. If you have contracted a boat for a certain period of time (such as 4 hours) but decide to return early, YOU STILL PAY THE CAPTAIN THE FULL AMOUNT FOR THE CONTRACTED PERIOD.

IF YOU HIRE A CAPTAIN YOU ARE ABSOLVED OF YOUR LIABILITY ON DRIVER DAMAGE TO THE BOAT! (this excludes any damage your party might cause). No need to worry about crashing into other boats or damaging the propeller. Your captain is responsible for this. $20 per hour PLUS GRATUITY (minimum charge: $80) Tipping Guidelines here >>> If you have 6 people or less we have a Captained Pontoon Special Package You make a reservation either by phone or online. You pay a non-refundable 30% deposit via credit card (either online or over the phone) to confirm your reservation. NO deposit, NO reservation. We don't "pencil" people in, don't bother asking - our computerized reservation system does not have a pencil mode! You arrive 15-20 minutes before your allotted departure time. We will need to see your driver's license and a credit card. We will go over the boat with you showing you where everything is and how to operate it. We take the rest of your money either in cash, debit card or credit.

If you're late it is NOT added onto to your time out on the water. Upon return we check the gas level, and you can then either pay the gas in cash or we will charge it to your card. At time of check in we will also inspect the boat for damages. Any damages and/or losses will be charged to your card based on our list of charges.
