Prices are very good. The employees are always in a good mood, polite and eager to help. My one negative thought is that I used to find the employees to be experts in their fields or at least very knowledgeable, which made it easier when you are trying to do home improvements and don't have the knowledge yourself.

As a new resident in Austin, Texas, I was extremely pleased with the services I received from Michelle Richter in the Appliance Dept. She made my visit pleasant and assisted me through-out the entire process. Michelle was extremely knowledgeable about the products and the procedure for delivery. She was pleasant and prompt and gave detailed information. I left there feeling completely satisfied. The employees seem to be getting more knowledgeable and helpful in this store.
