Our largest space, this room is a simple and elegant location for a wedding, concert, lecture, film screening, or other event that brings many people together.  It includes bench seating for up to 300 people (benches may be rearranged but not removed) and includes direct access to our beautiful, terraced front garden.  This space is accessible by persons with disabilities. This large space (1000 square feet) includes access to two smaller rooms -- perfect for break-out sessions. You will also have access to our kitchen for limited food preparation. Perfect for your office retreat, dinner, or reception, it seats about 75 in chairs and 60 at tables (more for standing events).  A door leads directly to our spacious back garden. Quaker House Living Room This historic room seats up to 40 comfortably right next door to our main Meetinghouse. It is ideal for your workshop, meeting, or as a space for your office or organizational board retreat. It features a tall ceiling, windows that open, and French doors leading to our terraced garden.
Your rental includes access to a small break-out space, a kitchenette, and two rest rooms. This 585 square foot meeting room has plenty of room for an office retreat, meeting, or workshop. It seats up to 25. A classroom-style space with a conference table that seats 8-12. This room has its own outside entrance and is accessible via our beautiful, terraced front garden. Private, quiet, close to restrooms. Our private parlor in a quiet part of our Meetinghouse includes comfortable chairs and sofas. Ideal for a small, intimate wedding, meeting, or gathering, it seats up to 15.  The room is particularly popular with film crews.  You will have access to our beautiful, terraced front garden whenever you need a break.  Accessible by persons with disabilities by entering the building through the Meeting Room entrance on Phelps Place.  The Parlor is connected to the Library and both rooms may be rented together to accommodate larger events if desired. This space includes a large table and chairs seating up to 8, sunny windows, and easy access to our beautiful front garden.
