For warranty claims please use the contact us page and include your order number and shipping address to help better assist us locate your order.  If there is a failure on your product due a manufacturing defect within 5 years of purchasing the product, we will repair or replace the item.  While we do cover the shipping cost of the fixed/replaced item back to the customer, however customer is responsible for shipping the item to us for inspection. *Prior to January 1, 2015 all products came with a 3 year warranty. If you purchased prior to this date, the warranty was 3 years. If you purchased on or after January 1, 2015, your products have a 5 year warranty. All our Comfy Sacks are CAL117 2013 compliant which is the industry standard for fire compliance with furniture. Comfy Sacks come with the accompanying CAL117 2013 compliance tags. Many large institutions including libraries, schools and office building require this compliance.
