Whether you are looking for a small cottage for two on the bay, or a larger, four-bedroom home on the oceanfront, we can help you find the right vacation property. If you have never stayed in Ocean Beach we recommend that you come visit us to take a look at the area and the properties. Most people make a day of it by looking at houses, going out to lunch or dinner and stopping at the boardwalk. The weekends are when most people come to the office but we are open every day so you can certainly come during the week. If you can't come to look please give us a call. Our agents can answer any questions you may have. Rentals Begin: We begin renting homes each year the Friday after Thanksgiving. Our office opens at 9am that Friday for in-person reservations only. Phone reservations begin each year the Monday after Thanksgiving. We accept credit card payments! We understand that renting a vacation home is a large expense, and we hope that accepting credit cards will make the entire process easier for our guests.

To pay with a credit card, give us a call. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. The initial deposit on all rentals is 50%, with the final balance due 30 days before arrival. Availability: The rental season lasts from May through October. Accommodations: Two bedroom cottages that sleep six including children, and three bedroom cottages that sleep eight including children, are available in all locations including ocean front, ocean side, bay front, and bay side. And there is a limited number of four bedroom houses that sleep up to 10 in choice locations.
