Illuminating the Children for a Bright Future December 2, 2016 Boca Raton FL: Surrounded by a magnificent bouquet of orchids and dazzling diamonds, over 435 generous supporters (nearly 100 more than last year) gathered at Boca West Country Club to celebrate the successes of the children and families whose lives have been transformed at Florence Fuller Child Development Centers. For the second year in a row, Eda and Cliff Viner chaired this important event with support from Boca Raton’s Jan Savarick. Eda noted, “This year’s gala inspired all who attended. We are blessed to have the distinguished community leader, Jan Savarick, as Honorary Chair. Jan added, “Children ARE the future, and Florence Fuller fills an incredible need in our community. I am truly honored to have been selected as this year’s Wee Dream Ball Honorary Chair.” Dr. Tina Westine, a former student of FFCDC, kicked off the Gift from the Heart with a powerful speech, thanking the participants for their belief and investment in today’s children who will be tomorrow’s adults, just like herself.

Florence Fuller CEO Ellyn Okrent also delivered an important message by showing a moving video that encapsulated how important preschool is to building an education for children.
