All cooking should take place off-site. Use of first-floor coatroom One hour of clean-up time, following your event. Additional time for your event is available at an hourly rate. We ask that your event end no later than midnight. We are please to make available a 10% discount on all fees to: BHS members who have maintained an active membership for 6 months or more. BHS requires all individuals and organizations holding events at the Castle to obtain special event insurance and submit this to BHS ten days or more prior to the event. $250-500, depending on event space. If you wish to serve alcohol - beer, wine, champagne, hard liquor - you must make arrangements through a licensed and insured caterer, as mandated by NYSLA.
